Officers are investigating a suspicious package left at the Amtrak station in Davis.
The Davis Police Department says it has been there for several days. They are attempting to determine what is in the package and if there is a safety risk.
Train travel will be delayed until further notice. For your own safety, police are asking people to avoid the area by taking other routes.
Streets surrounding the train station are now opening, but the station will continue to remain closed while the scene is cleared.
