If you know someone who goes above and beyond for people with disabilities in Elk Grove, city officials want to know about it.
Again this year, the City of Elk Grove will be recognizing individuals, businesses and organizations that go the extra mile to improve the quality of life for those with disabilities.
Nominations for the 12th annual "Accessibility Awards" are now being accepted.
All you have to do is describe how and why your nominee should be honored. You have until August 3rd.
The city council will recognize honorees during Disability Awareness Month in October. Submit your nomination here.
