Four men are facing murder charges in connection with a 2016 missing persons case in Yolo County.
The mother of one of those teens says an anonymous tip led to arrests.
Woodland Police say the four men who now face murder and kidnapping charges in the disappearances of Elijah Moore and Enrique Rios are Chandale Shannon, David and Jonathan Froste and Jesus Campos, who was underage at the time.
