Man Wanted In Connection To South Sacramento Homicide

Sacramento sheriff's investigators need your help finding a person of interest in a recent homicide. Detectives made one arrest but are now looking for another person they think may be involved.

Early last Sunday morning, sheriff's deputies responded to the intersection of Stockton Boulevard and Florin Road regarding a woman who was found shot inside a vehicle.

"At this point we are looking for 33-year-old Joseph Sandoval from Sacramento," says Sacramento County Sheriff Spokesman Shaun Hampton. "We believe he does have information in regards to the incident that did occur."

45-year-old Nedria Issac had received at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. Hampton says the investigation led to a name and they need your help finding him.

"Mr. Sandoval does have an active warrant for his arrest and investigators are looking to speak with him."

The driver of the vehicle was arrested for possession of a loaded firearm. But investigators think there is more to the story.
