Trump and Putin Talking In Helsinki

The summit between President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin began on Monday morning in Finland.  They leaders sat down one-on-one at the presidential palace in Helsinki, with only translators present.  Once that over two-hour meeting wrapped up, President Trump declared it a 'very good start' to the summit with Putin.

Advisers and staffers from both sides continued talks after Trump and Putin concluded their first meeting.

National Security Advisor John Bolton said President Trump would not be asking Vladimir Putin to extradite the Russian military officers who were indicted last week.  Sunday in an appearance on ABC's This Week, Bolton said doing so would be silly since the United States and Russia do not have an extradition treaty.
