The Sacramento Police Department is investigating a “suspicious” death in the area of Tiscornia Park on Jibboom Street.
Public Information Officer with the Sacramento Police Department Linda Matthews says someone found a man with trauma on the sidewalk around 7:15 a.m.
"We know at this point, the victim is a male adult and he is white," says Matthews. "He appears to be transient."
The Jibboom Steet entrance of Discovery Park will be closed while they investigate.
