Sacramento County Sheriff's Department deputy Mark Stasyuk's funeral services take place Saturday, September 29, 2018. The service is set to begin at 10:00 a.m. and is expected to last a little more than two hours.

Following the memorial service there will be a procession at approximately 12:15 p.m. to transport the deputy's remains to private graveside service. A map of the procession route may be seen below.
According to the officials, the procession will leave the church and move onto Stanford Ranch Road, then head to Highway 65 before making the transition to westbound Interstate 80. "The outside agency procession will continue westbound on Interstate 80 past Greenback Lane where that procession will terminate."
The rest of the procession carrying Deputy Stasyuk, his family, and Sheriff’s Department personnel will continue onto the Greenback Lane/Elkhorn Boulevard exit and head east on Greenback Lane. They will continue heading east after turning onto Verner Avenue. From Verner Avenue, the procession will eventually arrive at East Lawn Memorial grounds private service.
Law enforcement officials say traffic delays should be expected during the procession. A map of the procession route is provided below for reference.
