Amazon employees are getting a raise.
The online retail giant is raising the minimum wage for all its U.S. workers next month to $15 an hour effective Nov. 1.
The change applies to full-time, part-time and temporary workers.
Amazon says the wage hike will benefit more than 250,000 Amazon employees, plus 100,000 seasonal workers.
Amazon has distribution centers in Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties. The pay hike will include Whole Foods employees, too.
