Kaiser Permanente, the Sacramento Kings, and Sacramento Regional Transit are partnering on free flu shot event on Wednesday, November 28 inside the Sam and Bonnie Pannell Community Center located at 2450 Meadowview Road, Sacramento.
Dr. Peter Miles at Kaiser said getting a flu shot is the most important step anyone can take to avoid getting the virus or giving it to loved ones against the influenza virus.
In addition to free flu shots, there will information on cancer prevention, mental health, preventing falls, the dangers of distracted driving and, techniques to stop bleeding.
Sacramento Kings player Buddy Hield will be at the event along with team mascot Slamson, and Kings dancers. Autographs with the Sacramento Kings Buddy Hield will be from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and are guaranteed for first 100 guests.
Sacramento Regional Transit will provide free rides to the center for those who use the Smart Ride service and present the flier below.
