First Baby Born on West Coast in 2019 Came From Roseville

The first baby born on the West Coast in 2019 was a local baby in Roseville. 

Just eight seconds after midnight, Alan Romero came into the world at 8 pounds 15 ounces. 

He was the second baby for the parents, Juan and Patricia Romero, who also have a nine year old daughter. 

The odds of being born right after midnight are 1 in 1,440 according to the staff at Sutter Roseville.
