Man Wanted For Robbery and Attempted Kidnapping

The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department is asking your help in identifying and locating a suspect in a November 29th robbery and attempted kidnapping in the 6900 block of 65th Street.   He took keys and a cellphone from a woman and was forcing her to follow him to a group of dumpsters when he was apparently startled by other pedestrians and ran.

The suspect, whose composite drawing is above, is described as being of mixed race, five feet, seven inches tall, 130 pounds, with a medium complexion and thin facial hair.  At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a knee-length red jacket and a red do-rag on his head.  He was armed with a semi-automatic handgun.
