The California Lottery has announced the lucky winner of $2,399,925! Mario Ramos-Munoz purchased the winning Powerball ticket at The Hallelujah Junction Market in Chilcoot in May.
Munoz had his ticket verified at the Lottery's Sacramento District Office, where he told lottery officials he plans to start a carpet cleaning business with the money.
The Hallelujah Junction Market will also collect a retailer bonus of $11,999 for selling the winning ticket.
