The number one movie at the box office is "Ford vs. Ferrari", with Matt Damon and Christian Bale. My wife and I saw it this weekend in IMAX and loved it. A great movie.
An author who now lives here in Northern California wrote the book---literally----on that legendary battle. A.J. Baime's "Go Like Hell" came out ten years ago. And he's the special guest at the California Automobile Museum's brunch this Sunday. He'll not only tell the story of his book and share his thoughts on the movie, but he'll be showing rare documentary footage of the incredible events that led to the Ford victory over Ferrari at Le Mans in 1966.
