Governor Newsom Says Central Valley Biggest Concern

Governor Newsom said at his press conference today, that the Central Valley remains the main area of concern in California.

However, there were good numbers to report elsewhere. California has seen a 10% decrease in COVID-19 hospitalizations and a 5% decrease in ICU admissions in the past 14 days.

California's 7-day average for new #COVID19 cases is down about 21%. Newsom said he is cautiously optimistic, and would need to see the trend continue for the next few weeks.
