Nail salon owners and workers in California got good news on Tuesday. During a noontime briefing to the state, Health and Human Services Secretary Dr. Mark Ghaly announced that salons will be able to service customers indoors with modifications to prevent the spread of COVID19. Each of the state's 58 counties still have the option to maintain more restrictive public health rules than the state.
