The Front Street Animal Shelter's 8th annual Paws-to-Party event will be virtual this year. Manager Phillip Zimmerman is looking forward to seeing your pets dressed up for the Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest.
"We will have some guest judges, and the 1st place will be a $500 cash prize, and the 5th place will be a $100 cash prize," said Zimmerman.
