More Californians Are Getting Vaccinated & Proof Of Inoculation Rate Climbs

More Californians are gaining proof of their vaccinations and latest data from the CDC shows that 21% of state residents have been fully vaccinated, and almost 42% are partly so.

The uptick in the number of people getting shots is aligning with the state's goal to lift the pandemic-related restrictions on June 15th. While there is no vaccine passport requirement in the state, showing proof of vaccinations is fairly simple. Individuals can snap an image of their cards and store it on their phone or other electronic devices, make a hard copy photo, or get documentation from their health care provider. Some private companies are looking towards using the proof of vaccine in the future to allow a greater capacity of people indoors for events.
