Sacramento Councilwoman Suing City Over Communications Hire Dispute

In response to the temporary restraining order, Sacramento City Councilwoman Katie Valenzuela and Skyler Henry spoke with the Sacramento Bee, saying they are victims of censorship. Valenzuela even went on to say Police Chief Daniel Hanh is one of the many threats posed to free speech in Sacramento.

According to CBS, a judge has denied the petition for a restraining order. There will be a hearing July 7 on a permanent restraining order
