Second NorCal Atmospheric River On Its Way

This week's wet, wild and windy weather has meteorologists looking on the "bright" side.

It's the second atmospheric river to come through Northern California this fall. National Weather Service says they'll be measuring snow fall totals in feet, with predictions of up to six feet in some areas. California's "rain year" is off to a great start, and precipitation levels above average for what we typically see in early December.
