Napa DA Filing DUI Charges Against Paul Pelosi, Husband To Nancy Pelosi

The Napa County District Attorney is announcing that criminal complaints are being filed against Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul, for his May 28th DUI crash outside of Yountville. The DA says Paul's BAC was 0.082% when he was tested roughly 2 hours after the accident where he totaled his car. They are filing two charges that will include driving under the influence and causing injury. The DA also says the charges are consistent with other such DUI cases. Paul faces a court appearance on August 3rd and has since been released from custody. He faces five years of probation, a minimum of five days in jail, and installation of an ignition interlock device.
