Engineer Highlights Turkey's Infrastructure Trouble Following Earthquake

The death toll resulting from the damage of the 7.8 magnitude earthquake in Turkey and Syria stands at over 11,000 people. Nearly 10,000 buildings collapsed with thousands of people still trapped in the rubble. A Sacramento-based structural engineering firm, Buehler Engineering, has worked with Turkish officials in the past to help retrofit buildings following the deadly 1999 earthquake.
