  1. The man behind Thursday's evacuation of the capitol has been arrested; the suspect made threats of shooting up the capitol after two shootings the previous night. California Highway Patrol evacuated the Capitol and swept the building for the suspect, who was still on the run at the time. Police believe 30 year-old Jackson Pinney from Hayward is connected to the Wednesday shootings in Citrus Heights and Roseville. Click here for the latest.
  2. The pressure is mounting from the left for Senator Diane Feinstein to be removed from her committee duties, but some California Democrats are still backing her. Congressman John Garamendi released a statement praising Feinstein's work and says he does not believe it is necessary for Senator Feinstein to resign to fulfill her duties.   3. Grocery store prices in San Francisco and Honolulu topped the list for the most expensive cities in the United States.
