  2. A new Hawiian music festival is coming to Sacramento and city leaders are predicting a major boost to the local economy. There is another sign of a significant economic downturn in downtown San Fancisco this morning. A new report from the transportation analytics firm Inrix shows vehicle traffic in downtown San Francisco has fallen by a whopping 41% from 2019. The San Francisco examiner reports that authors of the study say San Francisco leads all cities in the country in the loss of vehicle traffic since the pandemic.   4. Taylor Swift's Eras Tour is heading to California this week. The first two stops are in Santa Clara at Levi's stadium this Friday and Saturday night. Fans are still not allowed to stand outside Levi's Stadium during Taylor Swift shows.
