  1. Tropical Storm Hilary is still impacting flights. San Diego International Airport had already canceled hundreds of flights Sunday, and now there's the ripple effect.   3. Two dozen people who live near a homelss shelter are suing the City of Sacramento. The issue is over the location of a homless shelter, located at 3615 Auburn Boulevard.   4. A public hearing will be held this morning in Placer County, where residents are concerned about the potential release of a sexually violent predator.
