Many locations received a half inch of rain, while places like Auburn got nearly one inch of rain. There were reports of isolated flooded roadways, like Sunrise and Fair Oaks boulevard in Fair Oaks.   3. Danny Serafini, a former major league pitcher has been was arrested and is accused of murdering his father-in-law, 70-year-old Robert Gary in the Lake Tahoe region. Serafini was arrested in Winnemucca. Samantha Scott, who is described by police as a possible former nanny for the family, was arrested around the same time in Las Vegas. Click here to read more.
  4. UC Davis Chancellor Gary May has condemned a social media post by a UC Davis faculty member that threatened “Zionist journalists” and their children.
