In just four years as the CEO of Visit Sacramento, Testa has generated new streams of visitors to the region by investing in and promoting Sacramento’s arts community, by creating and expanding music and food festivals, by growing and securing new and diverse sporting events, and by advocating for, and ultimately securing, the expansion of the new Safe Credit Union Sacramento Convention Center.
