A business event for women next month will welcome regional business leaders for a day focused on the personal and professional development of women. The #HER event was organized by the Greater Folsom Partnership and is November 14th at the Palladio in Folsom and at the Harris Center. The keynote for the event is Kate White, author and entrepreneur who is also the former editor in chief for Cosmopolitan Magazine and the Cosmopolitan Brand. She is now a New York Times best selling author in both fiction and non fiction categories.
Organizers of the #HER Conference have also scheduled break out sessions based on surveys they've done on topics women want to dive deeply into: health, finance, career navigation, career pivoting and achieving balance in work/professional life.
