I wanted to introduce you to a couple of more people I work with here at KFBK. The first is Tom Sullivan, who is a Sacramento legend. If you've listened for any length of time to his show, you know Tom has worked in television, and he hosted a show here at KFBK before his program was syndicated.
What you may not know is that Tom still has roots in Sacramento, and he's as down to earth as they come. He's interested in what you have to say, and seems to know just about everyone who is anyone in this business. He's a big shot talk show host these days, but never forgets where he started, or who helped him along the way.
Then there's Big Al Sams...
When people ask me what he's like, the first words that come to mind are "teddy bear." Al's an all around nice guy. I don't think I've ever seen him lose his cool or say a bad word about anyone. He has an infectious laugh, and loves Hollywood...which is why we bring him in from V101.1 each Friday to talk about new movies.
Al is very open about his family, and his faith...that's another reason why I like hanging around with him. I may not always agree with him on what movies are worth 12 bucks to see, but he's always the highlight of my Friday morning on the KFBK Morning News.
