Former acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker at an annual CPAC event.

Matt Whitaker served as the acting United States Attorney General from November 7, 2018, to February 14, 2019. He was appointed by President Trump after Attorney general Jeff Sessions resigned at the President's request. Whitaker was eventually replaced as Attorney General by William Barr, but not before becoming intimately familiar with the Michael Flynn case, the Mueller report, and more of the machinations in Washington, D.C.

Now, Whitaker is out with a new book called "Above the Law." He took time to talk about the book and his experiences.
