Matt Whitaker served as the acting United States Attorney General from November 7, 2018, to February 14, 2019. He was appointed by President Trump after Attorney general Jeff Sessions resigned at the President's request. Now, Whitaker is out with a new book called "Above the Law." He took time to talk about the book and his experiences.
