Start to make a sauce to your liking

Dan liked:

2 large cans of San Marzano Crushed Tomatoes

Teaspoon of tomato paste

Absolutely no pre made jar tomato sauce!

Add a chopped onion and a little bit of minced garlic – 1 bulb off the clove

While your sauce is cooking get a big bowl and add:

2 lbs of ground beef and 1 lb of ground pork

Dan says he meats need to be the same texture. Also, you don’t want the meat too cold so take the meat out about a half hour before you start the meatball process.

- cover the top of the meat with some parsley

- layer some Italian season bread crumbs over the meat

- crack 3 eggs into the bowl

- a pinch of salt and pepper over the top

Use your hands so mix all of the meat, parsley, bread crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper

Dan says your sauce should be cooking for about 45 minutes to an hour

Start making your meatballs about the size of the palm of your hand

Take the 1st8 to 10 meatballs and cook them in the sauce. After they cook for about 15 minutes take those meatballs out and then add the next 10 meatballs and continue to cook
