Sweet, sugar-face Laila is waiting for her new people to meet and fall in love! Laila is a 10 year old 88 pound Boxer mix and a great couch buddy. She loves being around people and would do awesome in a home where she can get short play sessions and walks with lots of time for relaxation in-between. Laila loves pats and will lean into you or "awoowoo" at you for more. She has been an office assistant to many employees during her stay here and has gotten outstanding reviews with everyone for her help. She would like to be the only pet in the home, but we think might enjoy the company of older kids. She is a great leash walker and loves treats!

Adoption Process: At 9:00 am each morning a link will go live at sspca.org/dogs above where you can schedule an appointment to come down to the shelter that day to meet an available animal. Animals pictured on this page may be adopted prior to your appointment time. Shelter staff will let you know when you arrive what animals are still available to be adopted and any special considerations the animal might have. Only one animal may be met with per family, per day. Once you have finished a counsel and a meet-and-greet, you will be able to adopt!
