Papa John's CEO Steps Down

CEO of Papa John's, John Schnatter, is stepping down after recent controversy, the company announced.

In November, he slammed NFL leadership over players' kneeling during the national anthem.

"Leadership starts at the top, and this is an example of poor leadership," he said in a call with investors.

A white-supremacist website, posted an article wondering whether Papa John's was the "official pizza of the alt-right." The company responded saying that they did not want "hate groups" buying its pizza.
