California Governor Jerry Brown dismissed U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions California lawsuit as a "sad political stunt" early today.
The U.S. Justice Department are challenging three California laws.
Sessions said today, "The Department of Justice and the Trump administration are going to fight these unjust, unfair and unconstitutional policies that have been imposed on you. "I believe that we are going to win."
