Stockton Police have arrested a man who robbed and punched an eighty-four your old woman in the face. The incident happened yesterday afternoon in Stockton. After knocking her to the ground, 43 year old John Tweedie fled, but was later found in the area. He's been booked on charges of elder abuse and robbery.
