A Lincoln farm and brewery recently began hosting yoga classes with an unusual twist.
GoatHouse Brewing gives yogis the chance to practice onsite with the help of an instructor ... and a group of goats.
Their Facebook page details what to expect from the hour-long sessions:
"Baby goats and their mamas will be bouncing around you to keep the flow and sequence delightful. Rory the donkey may lean in to enhance a stretch and enjoy a neck rub. Breathe in and experience the serenity and purity of love that happy animals have to offer. A cold beverage will await at the end of the session."
Only those 18 years of age and older are allowed to participate.
Classes cost $40 and happen intermittently. The best way to find out about upcoming opportunities to become one with the goats is to like and follow the business on social media.
