Goat Yoga Classes Offered At Local Brewery

posted by Heather Kemp -

A Lincoln farm and brewery recently began hosting yoga classes with an unusual twist.

GoatHouse Brewing gives yogis the chance to practice onsite with the help of an instructor ... and a group of goats.

Their Facebook page details what to expect from the hour-long sessions:

"Baby goats and their mamas will be bouncing around you to keep the flow and sequence delightful. Rory the donkey may lean in to enhance a stretch and enjoy a neck rub. Breathe in and experience the serenity and purity of love that happy animals have to offer. A cold beverage will await at the end of the session."

Only those 18 years of age and older are allowed to participate.

Classes cost $40 and happen intermittently. The best way to find out about upcoming opportunities to become one with the goats is to like and follow the business on social media.

Great day of Goat yoga @ GoatHouse Brewing today. Fantastic group of goat (and beer, and donkey) loving yogis! Cheers! #goatyoga #goathousebrewing #farmtotap #rorythedonkey #babygoatsandbeer
