Sacramento Chick-Fil-A To Pay Employees $17 An Hour

Beginning June 4, hospitality professionals at the Chick-Fil-A on Madison Avenue will make $17 to $18 an hour.

Employees who currently work at the fast food restaurant and make $12.50 to $13 an hour can apply for the new position as well as anyone else who feels they may be qualified.

Chick-Fil-A  employees in leadership roles receive paid time off and all employees get paid sick leave.

The pay increase is happening because the location's owner and operator, Eric Mason, wants to pay his staff member's a livable wage.
