Beginning today, 29 campuses in the the Sacramento City Unified School District are offering free breakfasts and lunches to kids.
The meals are part of a federally funded program aimed at making sure those 18 years of age and under stay healthy during summer.
There is no paperwork associated with the meals, children can just show up and receive food.
