Placerville Man Sentenced To 10 Years For Stalking, Threats

A man from Placerville was sentenced to 10 years in state prison after being arrested for stalking and threatening employees of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company earlier this year.

Lloyd Dylan Jones, 37,  harassed employees even through they have a restraining order against him, according to the Placer County Sheriff's Office.

Detectives found firearms, including two illegal assault riffles, bullet proof vests and roughly 6,000 rounds of ammunition during a recent search of Jones' home.

He was convicted of stalking, making criminal threats, disobeying a court order and having weapons violations by a jury in June.
