Did Northern California Native Garrett Yrigoyen Win 'The Bachelorette'?

The bachelorette is happily engaged, but is it to controversial NorCal native Garrett Yrigoyen?

Becca Kufrin began her journey to find love on The Bachelorette earlier this year after a brutal televised breakup with Arie Luyendyk Jr. on season 22 of The Bachelor.

The brunette beauty took fans of the franchise on an emotional ride, which ended when Kufrin gave out her finale rose on Monday night.

The 28-year-old publicist spent most of the episode torn between Blake Horstmann, 28, and Yrigoyen, 29.

In the end, she came to the conclusion that her heart belonged to Manteca's very own Yrigoyen.

The happy couple filmed his hometown date in Manteca, a mid-sized city just south of Stockton, in April.

His road to winning Kufrin's affection wasn't an easy one.

Although the medical sales rep who currently resides in Reno, Nevada got the first impression rose and was always a front-runner, his history of liking controversial social media posts, including some that mocked Parkland students, the LGBT community, women and undocumented immigrants made him a media target.

He apologized for his actions on Monday night and has vowed to do better.

If his words are good enough for Becca, we guess they're good enough for us too.
