A Sacramento-based lawyer has been arrested and accused of arson.
Divorce and family attorney Jessica Ann Warne, 46, allegedly started fires on the shoulder of Interstate 80 near the Interstate 505 interchange in Vacaville around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Warne was arrested after California Highway Patrol officers responded to the scene.
She's currently being held in Solano County Jail on a felony arson charge and bail has been set at $25,000.
Warne will appear in court today at 1:30 p.m.
