Anton Lemon Paris, the suspect in the shooting that resulted in the death of Deputy Mark Stasyuk, may be arraigned in the hospital.

As of Wednesday morning, Paris was still hospitalized and receiving medical attention for injuries related to the shootout.

Sacramento County Jail logs show the 38-year-old Rancho Cordova resident was booked on Tuesday morning in a bodyless booking, meaning he wasn't present.

The Sheriff's Department says he will be arraigned at his hospital bedside, but the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office isn't sure when it will happen.

Paris is facing a felony murder charge for the Sept. 17 shooting that killed Stasyuk and injured several others.
