Wednesday's storm is still causing issues for drivers in Folsom on Thursday.
Lightning struck in several areas along Folsom Boulevard, and while what it hit is still unknown, multiple traffic signals are not functioning correctly.
Four-way flashing lights have been causing increased traffic since Wednesday.
Light rail arms were also affected and are being operated manually at Glenn Driver, Bidwell Street and Natoma Street stations.
Teams are currently trying to fix the problems, but it's uncertain when lights will be working again.
As always, drivers are instructed to treat flashing signals as a stop sign.
