California Democratic Senator Kamala Harris is the latest high profile figure to be targeted with a suspected explosive device.
The suspicious package was intercepted at a U.S. postal facility in Sacramento.
A suspect has been arrested in connection with the wave of suspected mail bombs. He is identified as 56-year old Cesar Sayoc Junior, who was arrested today in Plantation, Florida.
That makes 13th suspicious packages in all.
