Suspects Still At Large After One Dead, One Injured in Lodi Shooting

A man was killed and a 17-year-old was hurt in a shooting early Sunday morning in Lodi. 

The Lodi Police Department says at least three suspects entered a home on the 400 block of Louie Avenue around 12:30 AM. A fight broke out, resulting in the shooting. 

When officers arrived, they found a 26-year-old with a gunshot wound to the chest - he was pronounced dead at the scene. The 17 year-old, who was shot in the hand, was taken to an area hospital. 

The suspects are still at large and police haven't determined a motive. 

The 26-year-old's death is Lodi's ninth homicide this year.
