Paw Prints App Helps Reunite Pets Separated From Owners in #CampFire

Hundred of animals have been separated from their owners following the Butte County #CampFire. The Paw Prints web app is helping to reunite pets separated from their families.

With the app, pet owners are able to drop pins on a map indicating where their animals were last seen. They're then asked to attach a photo and fill out a short description of their pet. Those who have found animals in surrounding areas are able to drop pins and alert pet owners as well. The app has links to Butte County Animal Services, Chico Animal Shelter and Butte County Lost and Found Pets

Paw Prints is encouraging those affected by the fire to share their web app map to social media to spread awareness and reunite pets with their families faster.
