Suspect Arrested in Hit-And-Run That Left 14-Year-Old Dead

A suspect has been arrested in connection with a September hit-and-run in Sacramento that left a 14-year-old bicyclist dead. 

50-year-old Edward Flores was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on November 5th of felony hit-and-run and driving with a suspended license. 

The teen killed was identified as De'Sean Manns, a freshman at Miraloma High School. De'Sean was on his bike when he was hit by a car on Watt Avenue. He suffered major injuries and was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
