An incident in West Sacramento this morning started when police received a call about a stolen vehicle.
When the officer attempted to pull over the suspect, he tried to hit the officer with his car.
The officer then fired his gun at the car, which led to a pursuit that ended on 8th St.
The suspect jumped out of the car and ran into a nearby field where officers later arrested him.
