Roseville, CA – December 5, 2018 – As the holidays approach and victims of the November fires in Butte County are still in need of support, all fire victims are invited to attend a free holiday shopping and information fair, scheduled to take place December 5th, at Olympus Jr. High School in Roseville, CA.
The event, presented by Butte County Fire Relief (part of the Sonoma County Fire Relief Family) in combination with Renee Baio and the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation, will offer holiday décor and gifts (including gift cards, toys, games, books, and sporting equipment), as well as essentials such as new clothing and toiletries, among much more, at no cost to anyone in need. Butte County Fire Relief will be giving away $200 gift cards to the first 100 fire victims (up to $20,000). Information about FEMA, the U.S. Small Business Association (SBA), and housing will also be available. Dinner will be complimentary for the first 150 fire victims between 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., provided by Chick-fil-A.

Schools in the Eureka Union School District have raised thousands of dollars for the fire victims in Butte County, Granite Bay FC (soccer club) and Maidu Little League (baseball club) are donating sports equipment, and people all over California have made donations, including former stuntwoman and actress, Renee Baio, married to Scott Baio from “Happy Days” and “Charles in Charge”, Adventist Health, DR Storage, and more. All of this will be available to fire victims today, December 5th at Olympus Jr. High School (rain or shine).
