Davis Police say the suspect in the shooting of a Davis officer was found dead inside a home near 5th and E streets in Davis. Police say it appears to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
So far no identity of the suspect has been released.
The suspect killed 22-year-old Davis police officer Natalie Corona, who was sworn in as an officer two weeks ago, following her father Merced Corona into law enforcement.
